About Opssy and these terms
Opssy is crew operations software for aviation professionals and the organizations they fly for.
Opssy is a product of Findence LLC.
These terms are an agreement between you and Findence LLC. You accept them when you create an Opssy account, and they apply whenever you use Opssy. Opssy records which version you accepted.
Your account
You may use Opssy only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Give accurate information when you create your account, and keep it accurate.
Your account is created only after you confirm both your email address and your phone number with a code (for your phone number, by text message or by automated voice call, as you choose). Each can belong to only one Opssy account. You sign in with your email address and your password.
Keep your password to yourself. When you change it, every other signed-in device is signed out. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you believe someone else has used it, contact support@findence.com.
Professionals and Organizations
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, rates and availability. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their Trips, roles, requirements, offers and other operational information, and for the decisions they make with it.
Opssy helps Professionals and Organizations find each other, exchange offers and communicate. Opssy does not independently verify every qualification, statement or operational decision, and it does not make staffing, employment or operational decisions for anyone. Each Professional and Organization remains responsible for meeting the qualification, licensing and safety requirements that apply to them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Opssy to break the law, to deceive or defraud anyone, or to impersonate a person or an organization. Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
Do not access, or try to access, accounts, information or systems you are not permitted to use; do not interfere with or disrupt Opssy; do not scrape or bulk-collect information from it; and do not misuse another person’s information.
Opssy may investigate reports and, where needed for security, safety, abuse prevention or legal compliance, hide messages, suspend messaging, or restrict or close an account.
Messages and content
You are responsible for the messages and other content you send through Opssy.
You can report a message or a conversation, and you can block another person. Opssy reviews reports.
Limited evidence of messages, reports and moderation decisions may be kept, as the Privacy Policy describes, for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Phone verification by text message or voice call
By choosing text-message verification and opting in, you consent to receive one-time transactional security codes from Opssy at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies; one message is sent per verification-code request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out, or contact support@findence.com. SMS consent is optional; you may instead request an automated voice call. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Opssy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By choosing voice-call verification, you request one automated call from Opssy containing a one-time security code at the mobile number you provide. Your carrier’s call charges may apply. Selecting voice-call verification does not enroll you in SMS.
Closing your login or deleting your account
A login that has never been used for Trips, an Organization or a Professional Profile can be closed straight away from Account. Closing is permanent.
Any other account can request deletion in the app. You can cancel the request until processing starts. Processing takes care of what the account is still part of, such as open offers, bookings, Network connections and Organization memberships, as the app explains before you confirm.
After deletion, others see you as “Deleted user”, and messages you sent appear as “Message from a deleted user”. Limited records may remain, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes to Opssy and to these terms
Opssy’s features may change, and Opssy may sometimes be unavailable, interrupted or suspended. Opssy does not promise any particular availability.
When these terms change materially, Findence LLC will make the new text available as a new version, and Opssy may ask you to accept it before you continue.
